Tiskara Malenica d.o.o. invests significant means into buying the most up-to-date printing machines and equipment, which enables a high quality of printing material.

A new offset printing machine with five colours MAN Roland 705 3B+LV enables the high quality of printing, the fastest speed of the machine is 16000 sheet/h. The sizes of printing paper range from 340x480 mm to 740x1040 mm. The machine has been equipped with a coating module LV, which enables the simultaneous printing and coating of a sheet. The preparation of the machine has been sped, thanks to APL – a fully automatic plate loading and automatic washing cylinders and rollers. The warming up of the rollers and CCI – device for automatic measuring and regulation of colouring enable the uniform quality of printing.

PECOM is digital production system that links prepress and print management systems.
By making the plates we use CTP Fujifilm Luxel T-9000 - a platesetters device.

We’ve been equipped with a web printing machine Codimag Viva 300 (5 colours + UV coating + foil) for a quality printing of self adhesive and non self adhesive labels.

The prepress department for has also been equipped with Macintosh and PC computers, rotation scanner Fujifilm Celsis 5250 and the printer HT Designjet 1050 Plus.
